Empire Coffee & Bubble Tea started with a simple idea: bring two of Salem's favorite drinks together under one roof. What began as a small passion project has grown into a neighborhood gathering place where friends meet, conversations flow, and every visit feels like coming home.
We source our coffee beans from sustainable farms and prepare our bubble tea fresh daily. Every drink is made with intention, using quality ingredients that make a difference in every sip.
